Vision of the Panchayat
To achieve sustainable and inclusive rural development by ensuring public participation, transparency, social justice, and environmental protection, while providing quality infrastructure and services to all sections of society.
Mission of the Panchayat
- To ensure that all development projects undertaken by the Panchayat are completed within the respective plan year in a timely manner.
- To achieve 100% utilization of all available financial resources, including plan funds and other grants.
- To provide citizen services such as residence certificates, transfer of ownership, birth, death and marriage certificates, licenses, and other statutory services within or before the prescribed service delivery timelines.
- To implement waste management and sanitation activities more efficiently with the support of the Haritha Karma Sena, while taking appropriate legal action against violators. The Panchayat also aims to achieve 100% user fee collection through the Haritha Karma Sena.
- To ensure 100% collection of revenue, including taxes and other income sources due to the Panchayat.
- To improve the quality and reliability of public lighting systems through timely maintenance and repairs of streetlights.
- To promote transparent, citizen-friendly governance by delivering high-quality and efficient services in a timely manner.
