According to the Audit Report 2024–25, Neendoor Grama Panchayat has been successful in implementing various public welfare schemes and employment guarantee programmes. However, greater attention is required in areas such as project implementation efficiency, tax collection, recovery of rental arrears, license regulation, and internal financial controls.
If timely and effective measures are taken to address these issues, the Panchayat can significantly improve its financial self-sufficiency, revenue management, and overall administrative efficiency. This, in turn, will contribute to more effective governance and sustainable local development.
